During that time, and still today, I work in social services - not directly with families anymore, but in a role that still supports people behind the scenes in real and impactful way. That experience shaped the way I connect with others. It taught me how to lead with empathy, to stay grounded in integrity, and to offer care that’s consistent, thoughtful, and intentional.
